Professional HOBRAFILT depth filter sheets of the “N” series in 40 × 40 cm format for plate filters. Made of special cellulose fibres, kieselguhr and perlite, they hold a lot of sediment thanks to their large inner surface.

The types from coarse to sterile: S80N (K700, 8 µm) for coarse filtration after the first racking, S30N (K300, 4 µm) fine filtration and alternative to kieselguhr filtration, S10N (K100, 0.8 µm) for fine haze filtration, ST7N (KS80, 0.4 µm) with high yeast reduction, ST5N (EK, 0.3 µm) sterile against yeasts and ST3N (SterilS, 0.2 µm) sterile against yeasts and bacteria. Always pre-filter fine before sterile filtration.
