How to find the right set:
- For one batch: the Fermentation Starter Trio contains wine yeast, yeast nutrient and sulphur powder. If you already have the yeast, take the Fermentation Companion.
- By fruit: fruit & berry wine, red wine, apple wine & cider, dessert wine, mead, plus the Fruit Harvest Set with three yeasts for apple, quince and elderberry.
- Large quantities: the Meadow Orchard Set is designed for up to 200 litres.
- Comparing yeasts: the Yeast Trial Set contains nine wine yeasts, one of each.
- When fermentation stalls: the Restart Set brings fresh yeast and nutrients. The steps before that are in the emergency plan.
- Beyond wine: Vinegar Mother Duo and Distilling Mash Set.
