So that your yeast starts up quickly and the fermentation runs through without stalling, it needs sufficient nutrients. If these are missing, stuck fermentations, faulty fermentations or unwanted sulfur notes occur more easily. The yeast nutrient salt provides the yeast with exactly the nitrogen and phosphate supply it needs for a stable fermentation.

The single sachet with 10 g is tailored to small batches and individual charges, you do not have to weigh anything. Stir the nutrient salt directly into must, juice or mash when preparing the batch. If needed, you can add more.
