Bentonite is a clay mineral used for fining and stabilising must and wine. It binds haze particles so that they settle, allowing you to rack off a clear, brilliant wine. This bentonite is particularly low in iron and is also suitable for co-fermentation.
The 20 g pack is sized for smaller quantities of 10 to 20 litres. To use it, mix the powder with water at a ratio of about 1:5 to 1:10 and let it swell for 6 to 12 hours. Then stir the mixture thoroughly and add it to the must or wine. Exact dosage as per package instructions.
- Contents: 20 g bentonite (low in iron)

- Suitable for: fining and for co-fermentation
