Potassium disulfite (KDS, E224) accompanies the wine through several phases: it protects the must before fermentation, stabilizes the finished wine against oxidation and keeps unwanted microbes in check. This twin pack contains two sachets of 10 g each.
The split is practical: an opened sachet draws moisture over time and loses effectiveness, so the second one stays sealed until use. Usable for all types of wine, dosage as per package instructions.
- Contents: 2 x 10 g potassium disulfite (E224)
- Suitable for: all types of wine in various production phases
- Use: dissolve only in a little cold water in a separate glass, then stir in (never dissolve in must, wine or juice, as they are acidic too), dosage as per package instructions
- Brand: Joenos
