This red grape concentrate is a versatile base in the kitchen. You can use it for punch, ice cream, nectars or other drinks. The intense aroma of red grapes gives a full, fruity taste. It is not intended for winemaking: under EU wine law, grape juice and grape juice concentrate may not be made into wine.

The liter is concentrated to 65° Brix, so you dose it according to the desired intensity and dilute accordingly. The bottle with screw cap can be easily resealed after opening and used in portions.
