Joenos Fructura dry wine yeast 5 g for fruity white, rosé and fruit wines

Fructura is a selected dry wine yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) for aromatic, fruit-forward fruit, white and rosé wines, including wines with residual sweetness. It ferments evenly and moderately and forms fine fruity esters, keeping fruit and varietal character in the foreground.

Rehydrate in ten times its weight of water at about 38 °C, let it swell briefly and add it to the must.
