The small 7 cm strainer is a handy helper for fermenting. It is especially useful for straining water and milk kefir: the kefir grains are gently separated from the liquid.

It also filters juices, wine and vinegar or removes small residues such as raspberry or strawberry seeds. Do not use with boiling water.
