With oak wood chips you bring oak notes into your wine or mead without needing a barrel. During maturation, the chips release their aromas into the beverage, adding structure and a balanced oak note. The Classic Harmony variant aims for a harmonious, non-dominant oak profile.

The 50 g portion is intended for one batch, and you control the intensity through contact time: the longer the chips stay in the beverage, the more pronounced the oak note. Taste in between and remove the chips once you are happy with the result. The resealable bag protects the contents until the next use; dosage details are on the packaging.
