Gelatine is a classic fining agent for clearing grape wine, fruit wine and mead batches. It binds unwanted haze particles and excess tannins, making the wine clearer and more stable. In powder form it is easy to dose and distribute evenly.
The 1 kg pack is designed for larger quantities and regular winemaking. Gelatine often works particularly effectively in combination with a negatively charged partner such as kieselsol. Before use, dissolve the powder and dose as needed; adjust the exact amount according to the base wine and the package instructions.
- Contents: 1 kg gelatine powder
- Suitable for: fining and tannin correction of grape wine, fruit wine and mead batches
