Joenos ParaVin 50 ml, Preservative with Sorbate & Benzoate

ParaVin is a liquid preservative with potassium sorbate (E202) and sodium benzoate (E211). It keeps undiluted fruit juice (mother juice) for your own table without heating: the salts of sorbic and benzoic acid inhibit yeasts, moulds and many bacteria. It is not intended for wine, must or juice that is still to ferment, because benzoates are not provided for in wine and wine-like drinks. To stabilise wines with residual sweetness, use pure potassium sorbate.

The 50 ml bottle with a screw cap is easy to handle and dose. You set the exact amount according to the quantity of juice and the package instructions. If you pass on juice preserved this way, mention that it contains preservatives; work carefully and follow the usage instructions. Store the bottle cool and dry and observe the best-before date.
