From 1897, the Arauner company in Kitzingen bred yeasts for home winemaking and offered the supplies to go with them. The business closed in 2024. In this category you will find items from that range. We are a retailer and sell the remaining stock while it lasts.

- Yeasts: Steinberg, Universal, Bordeaux, Port, sparkling and distiller’s mash, mostly as 5 g sachets for 10 to 50 litres.
- Measuring: Oechsle hydrometer with or without thermometer, acidometer with Blaulauge, vinometer and Clinitest.
- Cellar aids: yeast nutrient, anti-gelling agent, gelatin, bentonite, sulphur powder, lactic acid and tartaric acid.
- Supplies: airlocks, rubber bungs, siphons, corks and bottle-neck labels.
